THE EFFECTS of a 5.4 magnitude earthquake were felt across Trinidad and Tobago around 10:24 p.m. Wednesday. According to date from the Seismic Research Centre of the University of the West Indies in Trinidad, the earthquake was measured at a depth of 10km, approximately 93km east of Carúpano, Venezuela, 98km west of Port of Spain and some 118km north west of San Fernando.
