Nationals from the Dominican Republic, with gaps in their time, are turning out in droves to their Consulate Office, in Golden Grove, to apply for critical documents which will be needed for them to benefit from the Immigration & Passport (Amendment) Bill 2015 which was passed in Parliament a few weeks ago.
