The General Secretariat of the Haitian presidency announced on Sunday that President Michel Martelly called on the population to participate in the upcoming election, through an executive order dated March 13, endorsing the electoral timetable proposed by the provisional electoral council (CEP), which provides for presidential, parliamentary and local elections before the end of the year.
