The Honourable Ministers for External Affairs of Saint Lucia and St. Kitts and Nevis, Alva Baptiste and Mark Brantley respectively, H.E. Dr. Len Ishmael representing St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and Ms. Janet Charles, Chargée d’Affaires a.i. of the Commonwealth of Dominica High Commission in London attended the just-concluded first CARICOM-Germany conference of Ministers for Foreign Affairs that was held in Berlin, Germany from 2-3 March 2015.
