Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Secretariat, Turkeyen, Greater Georgetown, Guyana – CARICOM Secretary-General, Dr Carla Barnett and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Bolivarian of Republic of Venezuela, His Excellency Félix Ramón Plasencia González, met Thursday 8 October 2026 in the Dominican Republic. The meeting was held on the margins of the 41st Session of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic.
