CARICOM Secretary-General, Dr. Carla Barnett, on Thursday outlined the Community’s strategic priorities for regional integration amid growing geopolitical uncertainty, technological disruption, climate change, and competition for investment and productive capabilities.
The Secretary-General identified food and energy security, transportation and connectivity, productive transformation, and digital transformation, as the key areas for advancing the Region’s development and resilience.
