The new Mexico City-Nassau route launches in March 2027, opening a major new gateway between Latin America and the Caribbean. For decades, getting from Mexico to The Bahamas has typically meant going somewhere else first. That is about to change in a significant way.
Aeroméxico is launching new nonstop service between Mexico City and Nassau next spring, creating the first scheduled nonstop connection between the capitals of Mexico and The Bahamas — and opening one of the Caribbean’s most popular destinations to a huge new pool of travelers across Latin America.
The new flights officially begin March 19, 2027, part of a broader push by The Bahamas to expand its airlift beyond its traditional markets in the United States and Canada.
