Procurement professionals from the Caribbean Development Bank’s 19 Borrowing Member Countries are being invited to apply for two fully funded scholarships to pursue advanced training in public procurement in Italy.
The scholarships will allow successful applicants to enrol in the International Master in Public Procurement Management programme at the University of Rome Tor Vergata for the 2026/2027 academic year. Applications close on 3 October 2026.
Now in its fifth consecutive year, the CDB scholarship programme is intended to strengthen public financial management across the Caribbean by building procurement expertise and encouraging the use of internationally recognised best practices.
