On Thursday, November 6, 2025, Prime Minister Gilmar Pisas received Patrice Quesada, the Regional Coordinator for the Caribbean of the International Organization for Migration (IOM), during a courtesy visit at Fort Amsterdam.
The meeting focused on the work of the IOM in Curaçao, including an ongoing study assessing the economic and social impact of migration on the island. As part of this research, the IOM is consulting with both the public and private sectors to gather key data and insights.
