After implementing a Work from Home (WFH) policy, which allows staff to work remotely two days a week, the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce has observed an increase in productivity, according to its chief executive officer, Vashti Guyadeen. In response to questions from Express Business, chief executive officer of the Chamber Vashti Guyadeen said, “At the T&T Chamber of Industry and Commerce, our WFH policy, which allows employees to work remotely two days per week, has already yielded measurable productivity improvements.
