Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley has made it clear that the government will not be devaluing the TT dollar. The prime minister made the statement in the Lower House on Monday afternoon in response to a question posed by Couva North MP Ravi Ratiram as to what measures the government intends to take to address the present foreign exchange shortage that businesses are facing. Ratiram also asked what measures were also being considered to address the “restrictions” on access to forex.
