Caribbean countries that already have a mutual recognition regime in place among their relevant professional bodies could soon be given easier access to European Union (EU) markets. This suggestion has come from Minister of State in the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Business Development Sandra Husbands, who explained that this would allow service members in those member states to take full advantage of the underutilised Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) between CARIFORUM and the EU.
