15 May 2019 - Immigration Minister Brent Symonette has denied that Bahamians of Haitian decent, born in The Bahamas, are stateless, an issue raised by President of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) when the Bahamas appeared before the commission in Jamaica last Friday.
