Gonsalves re-shuffles cabinet amid preparations for St Vincent general election

Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves Monday announced a minor Cabinet re-shuffle shifting the Ministry of Works to the Office of the Prime Minister with immediate effect.
