Caribbean Development Bank President Dr Warren Smith visited Antigua and Barbuda this week for talks with Prime Minister Gaston Browne. Smith paid an official visit to Browne on Thursday in St John’s, discussing “the country’s economic and development plans,” according to a CDB statement.
