19 Jan 17 - Following the earthquake in January 2010, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) undertook the implementation of a monitoring system of displaced persons in camps in Haiti, named the displacement tracking matrix (DTM), in partnership with the government of Haiti, through the Directorate of Civil Protection.
