15 Jul 16 – The United Nations Education, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) reported today that some 263 million children and youth, equivalent to about a quarter of the population of Europe, are out of school from primary to upper secondary levels with sub-Saharan Africa having the highest rates of exclusion.
