18 Jul 16 - The Prime Ministers of Trinidad and Tobago and Jamaica will today engage in bilateral talks to iron out issues affecting the movement of goods and people across the countries. T&T Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley arrived in Kingston yesterday at the request of Jamaica PM Andrew Holness for the critical session.
