Agreement signed for conservation and management of marine resources in the wider Caribbean

KINGSTON, Jamaica -- The Convention for the Protection and Development of the Marine Environment of the Wider Caribbean Region, also known as the Cartagena Convention, and the Mesoamerican Reef Fund (MAR Fund) have signed a memorandum of cooperation.
