25 Apr 16 - The University of the West Indies will benefit from Huawei Technologies Co’s multi-billion-dollar investments in research and development. Minister of State in the Ministry of Education Dr Lovell Francis said the Chinese firm spends about US$10 billion on research and development and the advancement of the information and communications technology (ICT) industry and education every year.
