16 Nov 15 - The Board of Governors of the Caribbean Development Bank, representing the 27 member countries of the regional multilateral financial institution, has re-elected Dr Warren Smith to a second five-year term as president. The decision was confirmed on November 6, 2015, with the new term officially beginning on May 1, 2016.
