11 Nov 05 - Kate has become the fourth hurricane of the 2015 Atlantic hurricane season, forming well north of Bermuda early this morning. It is carrying maximum sustained winds of about 75 miles per hour, the National Hurricane Centre in Miami said, and is not expected to get much stronger. It should soon become a “post-tropical” cyclone over the north Atlantic Ocean.
