06 Nov 15 - Flooding has been reported in Tobago. Areas such as Scarborough, John Dial and Mason Hall in Tobago were affected, following heavy showers yesterday. Senior Meteorologist at the Crown Point Met office, David Gajadhar told Newsday that the inclement weather experienced was consistent with normal rainy season weather.
