Small enterprises key to a sustainable Caribbean economy

On March 26 - 27, 2014, the Commonwealth Secretariat co-hosted, in collaboration with the government of Saint Lucia, the third global biennial conference on small states. This year’s conference theme was “Building resilience in Small States”.
