09 Oct 15 - AN ILL WIND blew over the country yesterday. Strong winds coupled with heavy rainfall caused the roof of several houses in East Tobago to be ripped while in Trinidad a palm tree collapsed near the bandstand at President’s House in St Ann’s, uprooted a tree along the Brian Lara Promenade, downed a light pole in Orange Grove, Trincity and blew down a tree outside the Arima District Health Centre.
