09 June 15 - Through the United Nations resolution 63/111 of 2008, June 8th of each year is designated World Oceans Day. This year the Ocean Governance Unit of the Commission of Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States join in recognizing the significance of the occasion with the theme being ‘Healthy Oceans Healthy Planet’.
