DaLA Workshop materials

ECLAC is a pioneer in the field of disaster assessment and in the development and dissemination of the Damage and Loss Assessment (DaLA) methodology and Post Disaster Assessment (PDNA) methodology.

ECLAC offers training in the DaLA methodology to interested organizations, and has published the Handbook for Disaster Assessment to help countries perform their own assessments.
