Abstract:
A Regional Programme is a strategic framework that outlines UNDP’s expected contributions to regional sustainable development, in line with the corporate Strategic Plan for the same 4-year period. The Regional Programme is based on an articulated theory of change, clear indicators, baselines and targets. It is approved by UNDP’s Executive Board – comprised by 36 countries on a rotational basis – and serves as the primary unit of accountability for results alignment and resources assigned to the programme.
