Migration from Venezuela: opportunities for Latin America and the Caribbean

The Regional strategy was enriched by the contributions of the agencies that are part of the Integration Sector of the Coordination Platform for Refugees and Migrants from Venezuela (R4V1 ) in an effort to build coherent and complementary proposals for efforts directed at the migrant population from Venezuela, including refugees, asylum seekers and returnees, as well as host communities in the region. The strategy also contributes to the achievement of the objectives of the Quito Declaration on Human Mobility and Venezuelan Citizens in the Region, of September 2018.
