The purpose of these arrangements is to set out the working relationship between the COP, the CMA and the Board to ensure that the Fund is accountable to and functions under the guidance of the COP and the CMA, consistently with the Governing Instrument of the Fund,1 and receives guidance from the COP and the CMA on its policies, programme priorities and eligibility criteria.
