"The 2022 and 2023 Budgets are consistent with the policies and forecasts that are set out in the SPS. As frequently is the case, the amounts in the Budgets will differ from those in the SPS but the direction and the trend remains the same. The changes made to the SPS results and position, reflect the more accurate and up-to-date information now available on which to base these estimates."
